Welcome to Anastasia Tivari Dance Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.anastasiativari.com, our services, and participation in our dance classes. By accessing our website or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Anastasia Tivari Dance Studio offers dance instruction, including group classes and other dance services arranged individually. All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

Classes may be booked through our website using Wix Bookings or by contacting the Studio directly.

Payment may be made online or in person, depending on the service provided. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received or your reservation has been accepted by the Studio.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked class by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class and no-shows are non-refundable.

If the Studio cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Participation & Health

Dance is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and accept responsibility for your own health and well-being.

If you have any medical condition that could affect your participation, you should consult a physician before attending classes.

5. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and accept these Terms on behalf of the minor.

6. Photography & Video

The Studio may take photographs and videos during classes, workshops, or events for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the Studio in writing before attending your class. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, branding, and other materials, is the property of Anastasia Tivari Dance Studio unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
