Cancellation Policy

At Anastasia Tivari Dance Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every student. Please review our cancellation policy before booking a class.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a class by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the class are considered late cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations and missed classes (no-shows) are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future classes.

Studio Cancellations

If Anastasia Tivari Dance Studio needs to cancel a class due to illness, weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to:

• Reschedule the class, or

• Receive a full refund for any prepaid session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the class will still end at its scheduled time out of respect for other students and the studio schedule.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are scheduled individually. The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
